Big White Pink Stripes is a tomato variety that originated in the United States. The round, flattened, ribbed fruits grow to an average weight of 250 to 750g. They ripen to a yellowish-pink colour over a period of about 80 to 95 days.
The tomatoes have a strong, sweet, tropical, melon-like taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
